More importantly, my condo is always well taken care of and clean. I truly enjoy working with Darci. I feel like she really looks out for me and has an active interest in making sure my condo is rented. She has been very accommodating when I need to get in the condo to make changes (for example, I was there this past weekend to replace an a/c unit in the bedroom). Darci is very professional, pleasant, and great to work with. When working with both Darci and Brooke, I feel like they see me as a person, not just a unit number. This has been very important in establishing a great working relationship -- I feel like they know me and care. They always answer any questions I have, and as I mentioned earlier have gotten great results and take good care of my condo. I learned about Vantage from a letter mailing. Before Vantage Resort Realty, I was using (local competitor - name removed) for two years; first for mini-week rental program and the next year for the week-to-week rental program. While they were nice, they did not go the extra mile that I think Vantage does. They knew me as my unit number/address and did not make the effort to establish a more personal relationship. Moreover, I had less rental results with (local competitor - name removed) than I had with Vantage and I found more little things amiss or missing after the summers with (local competitor - name removed) than I have with the clientele that Vantage attracts. While these were very minor things like a pillow and a plastic colander and the like, I have had nothing missing during my Vantage Resort rentals. In summary, my experience with Vantage Resort Realty has been just fantastic. I really like Darci and find her a pleasure to work with!" “…We've been very satisfied with the caliber of renters.
